According to an AMA on Reddit with PWI senior writer Dan Murphy, there were a few discrepancies between the alphabetical listing and the main list. I was working from scans of the alphabetical listing pages when I typed out the list, so I went by that. Darren Young and Eric Young were switched, as were Zack Ryder and Adam Ryder.
As such, the actual rankings for those four were:
33 Eric Young
168 Zack Ryder
175 Darren Young
477 Adam Ryder
Sorry about the confusion.
