Talk about deflating a crowd. I think all of Brazil gasped at once.
Seriously, she's the best MMA practitioner alive today, male or female.

There sure seems to be a push to give Tate a third shot, but she's won her last four fights by decision. She hasn't submitted anyone in 3 years. Rousey has never gone to a decision. Cyborg isn't even in the UFC (even if they do own Invicta), and she would have to cut weight to face Rousey.
If these are Rousey's best two opponents, she's not fighting them. She's fighting the law of diminishing returns. | Texas Kelly

| #3 Posted on 2.8.15 1818.25 Reposted on: 2.8.22 1820.52 | Three of Ronda's last four opponents (McMann, Zingano, and now Correia) were all undefeated going in with unquestioned credentials and had more than earned their title shots. Ronda's dusted them all in under 2 minutes combined, and last night was the most impressive of all (beating a striker at her own game). There's just simply no one on her level right now.
And for those who don't think Tate is deserving of another chance, well, the numbers don't lie:
Tate: 15 minutes, 25 seconds fight time with Ronda Liz Carmouche: 4 minutes, 49 seconds Every other Ronda opponent COMBINED: 5 minutes, 22 seconds

Watching her in that fight, or the Carmouche fight, it's day and night in regards of technique, striking, and overall domination.
I'd love to see her in the ring with Tate again, if for nothing more than to shut her up. It's truly a better feud than anything WWE has had in the past five years. | Stefonics

The complete and utter dominance, the swift decimations; she ends the fights early because that's what her opponents make her do, not because she can't or is worried about a long fight. Everyone she has faced has been woefully out of their depths. I don't think it's a problem with matchmaking or trying to keep her strong, she's just that good in a limited talent pool. | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
