This one is a bit of a doozy even for them Click Here (pwinsider.com) .

I don't even know what to say about this one. I guess my first question is when did Lucha Underground tell TNA? With so much in the can this is really a mess.

Well, Hernandez was in the battle royal they just showed on Impact. Maybe this week's episode was too late to edit and it'll start with next week's show? I suppose it depends on when LU actually approached TNA about this.

EDIT: Later in the show, they removed a segment to show part of Storm vs. Magnus from Slammiversary, so I guess they felt they could hide him in the battle royal or something.

What I'm gathering from this is that Lucha Underground can afford to turn down free money. That, at least, makes me happy.

If Hernandez lied to them about the status of his contract, I wonder if TNA could sue him?

I'd ask if TNA will recoup the money they gave Hernanez, but as behind pay as they are I doubt he got paid yet. Also lol at them having almost every elimination during the commercial because Hernandez was in the battle royal. Hernandez is a jackass for lying to TNA but they should have done their due diligence.

TNA: Are you employed by any other wrestling company?

Hernandez: Don't worry about it, I'm an independent contractor!
