We've been having a pretty awesome month of Impact. Since the last time we had an Impact thread plenty of fun stuff has been going on.

Key moments that I can think of have been: The Pope has returned to us as a color commentator. Josh Mathews has found his voice as a less over the top version of Miz-era Michael Cole. Tigre Uno started winning matches, and getting confetti after each victory. Along with that came the X-Division title. Crimson, Vader, Matt Morgan, and Joseph Park have paid TNA a visit. The Legends title returned from the abyss to be won by Jeff Jarrett at this year's Slammiversary's King of the Mountain match.

Unfortunately the Bro-Mans are no longer a duo. Velvet Sky has returned as well, but is back in her emo gimmick.

Most importantly, this month has seen the feud between Ethan Carter III and Kurt Angle. EC3 finally became the #1 contender. That feud had a musical beginning (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64QBJ_ELTwo), followed by frustration by Ethan at Destination X as Rockstar Spud and Austin Aries used their Option C and Feast or Fired abilities to cut in line for title shots.

This past week's Impact finally saw Ethan get his shot at Angle.

---

1. Drew Galloway, Eli Drake, and Mica ("The Rising") fought MVP, Low Ki, Kenny King, and Hernandez ("The Beatdown Clan") in an elimination match where the losing team had to disband.
Miraculously, BDC managed to hold it together and terminate the Rising. Low Ki was written out via injury. I look forward to what the future holds for MVP and Kenny King.
Winners: The Beatdown Clan

James Storm/Khoya argued with Magnus/James.

2. Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards ("The Wolves") vs. Bobby Roode and Austin Aries ("The Dirty Heels") in a 30-minute Iron Man match for the vacant TNA Tag Titles.
This was match 5 of the best of 5 series.
Winners and new Tag Team Champions, The Wolves

3. Brooke vs. Awesome Kong vs. Taryn Terrell (c) (w/ Marti, Jade--"The Dollhouse") in a Triple Threat for the TNA Knockouts Championship.
Afterwards it was revealed that the Knockout in the hype video the past couple of weeks is Gail Kim, not Havok as I'd hoped.
Winner: Taryn Terrell

4. Ethan Carter III (w/ Tyrus) vs. Kurt Angle (c) for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.
The crowd dynamic in this one was interesting. The fans were clearly rooting for EC3. They got what they wished.
WINNER AND NEW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION
