http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2015/05/27/destination-america-acquires-rights-to-professional-wrestling-league-ring-of-honor/409080/
Destination America announced today that it has signed a national broadcast deal with professional wrestling league RING OF HONOR, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., bringing one of the most respected wrestling organizations to the only network dedicated to all-American entertainment. Destination America is now the one-two-punch to professional wrestling, adding RING OF HONOR (ROH) to its line-up after launching IMPACT WRESTLING in early 2015. RING OF HONOR has been delivering top wrestling matches for ten years with captivating hard-hitting stars such as Jay & Mark Briscoe, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, The Young Bucks, Maria Kanellis, Adam Cole and Jay Lethal. Destination America will pack on the action beginning Wednesday June 3 with the series premiere of RING OF HONOR at 8/7c leading into brand new premieres of IMPACT WRESTLING at 9/8c.

ROH lasts as long as Destination American can make money selling ads. It shouldn't take as much to turn a profit on ROH, since this appears to be the ROH show they're doing on Sinclar and so the cost is probably a lot less than TNA is getting. ROH is getting access to strong ROH markets - like Chicago - where it's unlikely they'll have a Sinclair affiliate any time soon. Only the diehards are going to find it on DA, but that's better than only having it on the website.
Sinclair stations who get the show will probably keep getting show, this will be an extra airing in addition to those. There had been talk of ROH going to Spike for some TV specials, and I wonder if that's also a plan here: an occasional Destination America special to compliment the regular TV show would give some more value to the deal. But the TV shows themselves probably don't change.
This would seems to confirm TNA's gone in September - you don't need to wrestling brands, but you might as well keep them together while you're still paying them.

What that means is you are probably getting the replay that Sinclair has. Unless, they just want ROH's back catalog of CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Joe and some of NXT. Dear MVP,
Canadian Bulldog here (don't pretend you don't know who I am!)....I'd like to discuss a potential spot for you on a reality show I'm producing, but I have to keep the details secret at the moment (the current host doesn't know he's being fired).

I can't shake this giant question. How does Dixie Carter and the rest of the TNA "Braintrust" sign a deal with a network and not set it up to be an exclusive wrestling property on that network? It seems like common sense, especially with the precedent of ECW getting the shaft by TNN when they paid for the rights to WWE back in the day.

I was under the impression that WWF and WCW paid for the broadcast of their syndicated properties back in the day, whereas DA nowadays is paying TNA for their show and are now undermining them a couple months later. Kinda seems like a willful insult.

They also hired an outside talent firm to negotiate it.
