I seem to remember McDonalds having all-day breakfast for a while when I was a kid. But we had McPizza too. Maybe it was just a Canadian thing?

Either way I could pretty much live off Sausage McMuffins and hashbrowns so this is both great and tragic.

I thought the Canadian thing at McDonalds was the McLobster.

Anyway, when my family went down to Orlando in spring 1998, we happened to stop by this one particular McDonalds. I think it was billed as the largest franchise-owned restaurant at the time and was gimmicky in its menu. Among other items being sold was a ham and swiss sandwich and pizza. My dad got the sandwich; my sister and myself got the pizza. Needless to say I understood afterward why pizza never took off at MickeyDs. My dad did enjoyed the sandwich though.
