I've been watching for a few months now, and have been trying to watch as much as I can. It works pretty well for me since live action in SA and AUS is on during hours when I can watch it and eventually fall asleep with it on...

Yesterday's (today?) Dec 19 Test match for Australia/India was quite good - huge comeback for the 7th wicket partnership, possibly turning the tide of the match.

Yep - Cricket person here

Historically India have been a team that hasn't traveled well. Australia hasn't been much better in recent years.

But this current Indian squad are having a real crack. The 1st Test in Adelaide last week was a classic if you saw any of that.

Today will be a key day in the Brisbane Test. If Indian can get to 300+ today making Australia chase 250 or more on a fifth day wicket, it will definitely be game on. If Australia take early wickets this morning (esp. Kohli) then I expect them to win. The wild card is Indian captain MS Dhoni. He won't be as aggressive as Kohli was last week in chasing a victory - so a draw is still a very real possibility.

Yeah - that partnership between Mitch and Steve Smith was match defining. Australia were looking like being behind on the first innings but because of those two, ending up with the lead. Australia prides itself on having a tail that "wags". India bowling a fair bit of rubbish at the Aussie tail helped too.

While we're talking cricket - for those that can't manage to consume a 5 day Test match - the T20 "Big Bash" tournament has just started in Australia. (Australian equivalent of the Indian Premier League). T20 is a much faster version of cricket - the game takes about as long as a game of baseball.

Glad you're enjoying it!

I got into it watching the IPL when I was in India last year. Bangladore is my team. But 20 Overs is all I have watched, never a test, for example
