I don't know much about Roku, but the Network should (after a few seconds) increase in quality to match what your device and internet speed can handle.
I use my PS4, which can handle their stream fine, so what gets me is my internet connection. If someone starts downloading something on the laptop or whatever, the stream drops to below youtube quality fast and stays that way until the other download is finished. | Hokienautic

Interesting. We have FiOS and nothing else was streaming, so it shouldn't have been an issue. But I definitely noticed a stretch aspect to the screen. I'll have to check it out a few other times. | DJ FrostyFreeze
