This episode was just shy of being fantastic. Bullock should be the center of the show and the show needs to take place in his past, 10 years before the current storyline. I'd kill for a show starring Dan Hedaya and Donal Logue. THAT is a team I want to see every week.
The Riddler stuff is getting stupid. All he ever does is start telling Bullock these silly riddles but we never hear the finish to them. What the fuck is that all about? This early in his 'career', Nygma doesn't need to be this creepy. He should be a fun, lite hearted character who has something horrible happen to him to turn him creepy. It just doesn't feel right having him be a psycho while working for the GCPD.
The Goat was a silly animal to use. They could have made it an Owl and introduced the Court of Owls into Gotham's history. This was a missed opportunity to use something from the Batman universe that doesn't need Batman.
This episode was a complete opposite of the pilot. This was really, really good. Even the scenes with Bruce wayne were good. The look on poor Alfreds face when Bruce said no one would miss him if he were taken and killed was almost heartbreaking. I'm wondering if we'll ever see any other rooms in Wayne Manor though, cause so far, that is the only room they've used. How about a kitchen or a bedroom? Promote this thread! | | jerichofan717

I thought at the beginning they were trying too hard to introduce all of the villains the show was going to feature. By the way...where's the future Poison Ivy been?
I love The Riddler so his portrayal doesn't bother me. I got a kick out of the ? on his coffee cup this week. | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
