I think the odds of this slate (or DC's) coming out exactly as planned can't be great - five years is a long time - but both companies come off pretty savvy by publicizing their plans of movies based around women and minorities way ahead of time. It's future years of possible negative articles wiped out in one swoop.

No Hulk movie, but Inhumans and Captain Marvel?!! No announcement on Dr. Strange either. Which is sorta weird. Infinity War is not the title I would like to have since it was awful in the comics. I am not sure how secret identities not being a factor in Civil War is going to play out.
I thought for sure, the Spidey deal would be done. Damn. I wonder if Captain Marvel is already in the Marvel U on Tuesday nights.

There's no Black Widow movie but they said she'll play important roles. The character can easily be used in -any- movie simply because she's a diverse person and has a skill set that isn't overpowering but always comes in handy.
Other than Infinity War I am looking forward most to Captain Marvel. I like the current incarnation even though some of the stories are silly & campy. They can do a lot with her, have her be out there in space and then show up later on earth to help out.
Awesome times.
As for the planning and such, so far Marvel's been able to stay the course. And they're such a juggernaut and established name right now even one delay or failure at the box office won't hurt their plans and the end results.

Marvel has given themselves a lot of flexibility with this schedule, and the 'Universe' allows them to install other characters into movies to help prop things up, if need be. Also, the general "Avengers" banner allows them to include virtually everyone in the third sequel if they want, so there's no real 'need' for a stand-alone Ant Man sequel, for instance.
Also, how cool would it be if the 2019 Infinity War movie literally does feature EVERYONE from the entire Marvel universe against Thanos? Not just the core Avengers, but everyone from all the other movies, the Agents of SHIELD cast, the Netflix TV heroes like Daredevil and Jessica Drew, even Howard the Duck can get a cameo in there.

I thought it was the plan to bring at least the Guardians in there. And I do expect all the other movie characters there. Wouldn't be suprised if Daredevil, Cage and the others show up as well to stand with the group.
The lawsuits -- this is not about the movie rights though. But it's hilarious to see how many people (some rigthfully so, others like the one is this link not rightfully) want a piece of the money now.

If Marvel/Disney really wanted 'diversity', why not give us a Monica Rambeau Captain Marvel film? Are we not bored with the kick-ass white woman yet after Elektra, Tomb Raider, Hunger Games, Charlie's Angels...
They are really missing the ball on having a black female centered superhero film that could be awesome.
I hope the Thor movie isn't about the stupid clone Thor Ragarok and about the actual Ragnarok story dealing with the death of the Gods.
Inhumans is the one I'm most interested in. I hope it does well.
