Considering what kinda weirdo he was, that makes it even creepier.
the Hulk-buster armor. Of course Tony has something like that ready. Didn't he say in Iron Man 3 (where we saw a somewhat similar armor for a few seconds) that he felt overwhelmed? He probably went Batman style for this and has a contingency for everyone, but especially Hulk & Thor.
Oh, the broken shield? I consider that mostly symbolic, but we'll see if Ultron breaks it.
And we have a Fury cameo too! But no Coulson...
