| #1 Posted on 16.1.02 0920.03 Reposted on: 16.1.09 1003.49 | It's true, it's true... CRZ's Sacramento Kings are now #1 in the NBA Power Rankings on NBA.com, improving from #1. The Lakers fell from #1 to #2.
The Lakers' “talk of 70 victories is gone”, reports the rankings, and thank God for that. Buncha stuck-up, arrogant bastards.
My Pacers are 9th, by the way. Which is, I have no doubt, higher than most people outside of Indiana expected them to be.

Personally I think Nick Van Exel is the most exciting player to watch outside of The Kings and Mavericks players. I'd rather watch him than Iverson, Kobe, Shaq, Carter, McGrady, etc.
But anyway, not only are the Kings first in the NBA Power Rankings but they are tied with first (with the Lakers and Twolves) for first in the NBA, which is good news. Everybody seems to think the Lakers are a lock for the title this year. But I think if the Kings can finish ahead of them and get home court advantage in the Western Confernce Finals then that definitely gives them a much better chance. | ekedolphin

Not that I'm saying the Kings aren't a great team, they clearly are. But the fucking Lakers are a lock for the title unless they're destroyed from within.
I vote we have CRZ sign a contract with the Lakers, only to turn out to be a double-agent during Game 7 of their playoff series.
Wait, wrong sport.
