Personal theory is that she's establishing a less crowd-popping finisher in the event of a near-future heel turn(SWERVE~!).

I was going to post big ups to Jerry for owning his character, but he deleted the tweet - not before Paige manually retweeted it, saving it forever, however:

Here's a GIF which is even better than the still shot which accompanied this tweet:

By the way, was I the only one who DIDN'T think "Mr. Butterfingers" was an ad-lib? To me it felt like a rather completely pre-scripted line.

No, I thought it was pre-scripted too, but I still thought it was pretty funny. Bo's got great delivery, and I really like the idea of a heel that's just completely fake in every way.

How dare they sit a legal aged adult woman next to a older hetero male? Someone's getting fired.

Well put. It's not like the tweet was anything overly controversial either, especially considering how frequently he squealed like an overly hormonal teenager during the Attitude era. He was actually pretty respectful during the whole segment (as far as Jerry goes), not that he really had much opportunity to say anything with Cameron talking over all 4 of them.

On a semi-related note, I wish they'd do more guest commentary spots. It's a good way to let wrestlers get in more mic work during a match, without actually taking up additional time cutting a promo. AJ did it all the time, they should let Paige do the same. Especially with that glorious accent of hers.

Hopefully it was a reference to Emo Phillips in UHF...

I for one am disappointed that Bo not only isn't in the Money in the Bank match, but winning it.

Not because I think he deserves a title run - precisely because he doesn't.

Heel or face, now, cash-ins get a giant pop for the sheer surprise, for the title change, for a new face on top. But, with Bo, no one thinks he's ready for that, mark or smark. He could hold it almost like a title, teasing cash ins and building heat. Tie it in with his unbeaten streak thing and fans will desperately want to see him lose and actually cringe anytime the champ is in a vulnerable position. No, no, not Bo, please!

I dunno, just an idea.
