Another day, another strong Shield main event!

Daniel Bryan and the Rhodes Brothers defeated the Shield in the main event six man tag, with Bryan hitting Ambrose with TKTBC for the win. After Roman Reigns took himself out of the match by spearing the ringsteps, Seth Rollins tried to take his place in eliminating the other team with power moves by delivering a running powerbomb on Cody into Goldust to send both of them over the announce table, but it was all for naught in the end.

In other matches, the Wyatt Family defeated the Miz and Kofi Kingston when Luke Harper hit the Discus Clothesline From Hell on Kofi, Brie Bella beat AJ (Concussion? What concussion?) via X-Factor in a non-title match, the Usos defeated the Real Americans via big splash on Swagger after Los Matadores made an entrance and El Torito gored Zeb Colter, and CM Punk defeated Big E Langston with the GTS.

After the above Punk match, Paul Heyman showed up to say that Punk's struggles against a barely competent fresh out of NXT rookie didn't bode well for him when he'd be facing The Ryback at Hell in a Cell, at which point The Ryback and Curtis Axel advanced on Punk to take him out. My skepticism about Heyman running down someone who could use building up came through, because when Punk was taking the two on one beatdown, Big E Langston returned to the ring to rescue him and attack Heyman's guys, running them both off. So we have a face turn, and a new challenger for Axel's title? Langston was an effective face in NXT, and anyone who checks out his Twitter knows he's got personality, it's just a matter of porting that over to television...

Big Show had that rarest of rare artifacts, a ticket to attend Smackdown that also let him get into the ring for an interview. Must have been the Daniel Bryan autograph that allowed that. When Vickie Guerrero and Brad Maddox took umbrage and demanded he leave, Big Show knocked Brad out.

On Monday, we'll have a contract signing for the Orton/Bryan Hell in a Cell match! Those always go well!
