(hollywoodreporter.com) Official story is that Sons of Anarchy's "immersive TV schedule" is to blame, but apparently there's speculation about other causes. They need to find another dude soon to make that August 2014 release date. Promote this thread! | | Mayhem

BTW, I strongly dislike Jax's character on SoA this season. | Stefonics

You're supposed to.
I didn't agree with the casting when it happened and I'm very happy that it "fell through". It's going to be a mess of a movie, one that he doesn't need to be attached to. I respect him as an actor. He isn't the best, but I like what he does and have felt that way since Green Street Hooligans. | emma

But I'm glad this fell through too. As Stefonics said, it is absolutely going to be "a mess of a movie", in addition to showing up well after that ship has sailed. And really, would he want to have to do the chat show tour for this thing? | lotjx

The thing is the role is going to have so much press, its a career maker to some degree. Yet, Charlie's first love is Jax which he has stated in multiple interviews. I just hope when they do Pacific Rim 2, they get him back for it. And yeah, thanks to China, we are more than likely is going to happen. I just wish nothing for the best for him. How is this season anyway? | CruelAngel777
