We were very interested in this Stephen Merchant-led "odd comedy" - especially to learn just what a Merchant/Gervais show might look like when you take out the Gervais. Turns out it's a very familiar feeling!
It looks like there will be a lot of darkness bubbling under the surface, and a lot of the humour (we can use the "u" here 'cos he's Bri-ish) will be of the awkward variety, but I have hopes that an audience that sticks with the show will be well-rewarded.
