I'd LOVE to know if EA could've offered a copy of the game as "payment" to each of these players when they were in school...I bet they'd have accepted. That's about the value of what they are getting now. | Zeruel

Also what sucks is that current players can not accept their payout unless they wait until their eligibility is used up or risk of losing eligibility for taking an unauthorized payment. Yes, even though it is court ordered. They have to wait until they stop playing college ball to collect their meager award. | thecubsfan

The press release at the time of the cancellation made it seem like most people's jobs would be saved, but that does not appear to be the case.
