Sorry, but no matter if it's the NL or AL, Houston screwed Houston with it's terrible management, from the owner on down. No one's fault but their own.
As for Darvish's performance, it was incredible and I felt bad for him and the Rangers when that hit got through the infield. It was a great, dominating outing by Darvish. It's just that with the upswing in no-nos and perfect games the last couple of years, would he had gotten the attention and respect he deserves if he did get the perfecto done? I say he definitely should, but unfortunately there would be others trying to pooh-pooh it by saying it's being done more often recently and it was against the Astros. It's not fair to him, but it wouldn't surprise me.

What? How does this mean they got "screwed," exactly? If it weren't Ranger fans, those seats would have been empty. I'm sure the Astros management appreciated the extra ticket sales. | StingArmy

Seriously, I tuned in and watched this whole friggin' game. I audibly groaned so loud when the single went through his legs I woke someone up, and I'm not even a Rangers fan. | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
