Well, assuming post #1 is still up to date, this list isn't as long as I thought it was:

Two strikes + on the roster
Evan Bourne (I BELIEVE he's still under contract?)
Rey Mysterio
Randy Orton
William Regal
Booker T (Not an active performer, but under contract)

Current TNA performers Chavo Guerrero and Jeff Hardy would fall under this if they were to come back to WWE as well.

There doesn't seem to be a rule in place with regard to just how MANY strikes can be removed during a wrestler's career. I'm sure that's deliberate.

Yeah, the "remove one strike" provision seems to exist just to ensure WWE never loses A-listers to a third strike. (Referees and support staff can just go fuck right off). CM Punk, obviously, you need never worry about. Randy Orton and Rob Van Dam? Different story.

Remember, nothing wrong with pot when it comes to strikes for the WWE. Unless it's the synthetic stuff, pot only gets you a fine at worst.

Whoa, two years since we added one here. Here's Hornswoggle's first violation (The W).

Only Orton remained on the "Orton Rule" list - but even he'll not be on it, as he'll have taken advantage of it.

EDIT: The WWE's wellness policy can now be found at http://corporate.wwe.com/wellness/substance-abuse-drug-testing-policy.

This kinda falls under this thread, but it's not one WWE will probably officially announce on their website, so we'll use the WON story instead:

Monty "Kip" Sopp, better known as Billy Gunn, was fired today as a trainer by World Wrestling Entertainment.

Sopp was fired due to testing positive for elevated levels of testosterone in a powerlifting meet on July 25.

Sopp's drug test at the meet came up with a 37-1 testosterone/epitestosterone ratio, well over the 4-1 limit, and he was suspended from powerlifting for four years.

Sopp, 52, had returned to WWE as a trainer in 2012 after several years away from the organization. He worked as an agent and a trainer, as well as had a New Age Outlaws nostalgia run as a tag team, winning the tag team titles in early 2013.

He had done occasional run-ins at the end of some NXT shows with he and the babyfaces wrestlers ending shows doing DX crotch chops.

Most recently, he had appeared on television as one of the trainers on Tough Enough and Breaking Ground.

WWE officials were not aware of him competing as a powerlifter until a few weeks ago or his suspension from that sport.

True story: I once did a strip-tease for my then-girlfriend to "Ass Man", which was on one of the WWF soundtrack albums. She thought it was funny as hell, which was what I was going for.

Here's the WWE press release (corporate.wwe.com).

Hmm, I'm not sure we had Rose's first strike in this thread before. Is WWE NOT announcing EVERY one like they promised? (It WAS NXT apparently)

This might be a good time to refresh you that Doc Gallows still has one strike on the books.

I heard Konnor's first suspension was way back in 2006. I thought certain people (Randy Orton) had strikes dropped before. Maybe not, but to have your first strike carry over after that long in a totally different developmental doesn't seem to bode well for poor Konnor.

Adam Rose has posted his doctor's note as proof he had permission to take Adderall. He's also said WWE knew about this for the last year.

Technically, we don't know that's what he failed for.

Rey Mysterio also claimed he had a prescription for the drug that caused his first suspension. If I remember correctly, he admitted that he hadn't followed the proper notification procedures because he was on vacation at the time the drug was prescribed and that the vacation was cut short when he was sent on a last second overseas tour, preventing him from complying with the notification policy.

I'm paraphrasing here some what, but I believe WWE's official response was something along the lines of "Go fuck yourself. The policy isn't for the wellness of the talent, it's for the wellness of our public relations department."
