I haven't watched a single college game all year, until tonite, and it was a great game to watch. Promote this thread! | | Big Bad

Whatever...
This was a great team to watch all year long. They got revenge on IU and Vandy got them on the 3rd try in the SEC tourney - meaning they beat everyone they played.
Anthony Davis and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist are as likeable as any 2 Wildcats in memory.
Draft defections are going to deplete the roster, but Archie Goodwin and Alex Poythress are McD's who signed LOIs in the early period, Ryan Harrow is a transfer PG who redshirted this year, and there's a lot of buzz/hope around Shabazz Muhammad and Nerlens Noel to make 4 #1 classes in a row and a serious contender for back to back titles.

| #5 Posted on 3.4.12 1304.14 Reposted on: 3.4.19 1304.14 | I was fortunate enough to schedule a Baton Rouge trip to coincide with the date of the National Championship game in case Kentucky was in it and am grateful to report that via a $40 parking space and a $50 ticket, I was able to watch the game in person from waaaaaaaay up in the arena.
How many times do you get to watch one of your teams win a title in person? Had a blast despite the rain that forced me into the stadium hours before gametime and made navigating Bourbon St. perilous afterwards, but loved my celebratory Bourbon Milkshake at the Bourbon House, high fiving random Wildcat fans up and down Bourbon St. and getting all kinds of cheers and kudos for my performance of "Don't Stop Believing" at The Cat's Meow. Just a great night and loved watching this team all year, almost wish it didn't have to end, but the ending was very, very nice. Geaux Cats! | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
