| #1 Posted on 24.2.12 0022.17 Reposted on: 24.2.19 0022.54 | Even though my interest in wrestling and wrestling themes has waned over the years, I still find myself putting some wrestling themes on my iPod. I have a lot of wrestling themes CDs, but most don't get put on nowadays. The themes that are currently taking up space:
Edge's last theme song, done by Alter Bridge. The first DX theme The most famous Stone Cold Steve Austin theme Drew McIntyre's theme (the most recent purchase) Randy Orton's second to last theme (Burn In My Light, MUCH preferred to the Voices one) Hulk Hogan Million Dollar Man HHH (The Game) The first Kane theme Kurt Angle
So that's 10 themes in all. Wow, when I look at it, I have way too many wrestling themes there. Promote this thread! | | El Nastio

| #3 Posted on 24.2.12 0247.32 Reposted on: 24.2.19 0249.11 | I actually have quite a lot, because some of them (especially once they started letting real bands play them) are decent tunes. Songs like 'I walk alone (Batista)''Born to win (Evan Bourne)'and such. I recently got McIntyre's theme (another great track) And while it isn't by a real band, Bryan's current version of 'Valkeries' found it's way onto my ipod too. It's a good rendition, except for the boring drums.
Then there's the classics. Motorhead's The Game, OLP's Whatever (I do admit, I feel creepy playing that one-though I usually have no issue with anything Benoit related), and Slow Chemical by Finger 11 (Kane's best theme) and some others.
I also have some classics on there, just for fun & giggles. The Brood's theme, Austin (several versions-best one is the shortlived heel version) Rock, Cactus Jack, Kurt Angle's theme, Bret Hart, HBK, Hurricane, Hardy boyz, and Muhammed Hassan's. I love that one.
Oh, and 'Teacher' Matt STriker's theme was my default ringtone for a long time. Now it's the theme of ROH's American Wolves/Davey Richards.
Lastly, I am a fan of Alter Bridge, Killswitch Engage and Living Colour, so I have the themes of Edge and Punk, but those are not in the 'WWE' section but just on their respective albums under the artists name.
(Btw, I'm gonna mark out like a little kid getting to hear Cult of Personality at WM)
Seems in total I have 46 wrestling themes on there (not counting the ones from the 3 bands mentioned above) which is more than I expected. | hansen9j

Voices - Randy Orton You Can Look - Bella Twins End of Days - Wade Barrett Superfly Jimmy Snuka's theme ....
and the theme song to the NWA Crockett Cup 87 event just because I heard it in a Cheetos commercial and wanted to find it. | Scottyflamingo

I love the Goldust theme, and I think it is the longest running single theme in WWE history. I mean, it has never had an alternate version done, right? And Goldust never had any other theme I don't think. For a while, the Big Show theme was close in longevity, but they have messed around with it a few times.
Edited to mention that I never thought you guys would have so many themes. 72? 46? I thought 10 was a huge amount. I bow to you people.

TAFKAGoldust's music was like Goldlust but all nightmare scratchy, wasn't it? Or is TAFKAGoldust not Goldust (he's the TAFKAG)?
Would Jericho be the longest-running? Unless his Jerishow music counts as a break. | Gerald

Christian - Just Close Your Eyes - Waterproof Blonde version and Story of the Year version
CM Punk - Killswitch Engage - This Fire Burns
Drew McIntyre - Shamans Harvest - Broken Dreams
Old Smackdown Theme - Divide the Day - Let It Roll
Wade Barrett - Rev Theory - End of Days
Randy Orton - Mercy Drive - Burn in my Light
Sheamus - Sean Jeness - Written in my Face
Cody Rhodes - TV/TV - Smoke and Mirrors (digital mirror version)
ECW - Saliva - Don't Question My Heart
Mark Henry - 3-6 Mafia - Somebody's Gonna Get It
MVP - Silkk The Shocker - I'm Coming
John Cena - Word Life
Nexus - 12 Stones - We Are One
Kane - Finger Eleven - Slow Chemical
Legacy - Adelitas Way - It's a New Day
Miz - Downstait - I Came to Play
Ziggler - Downstait - I am Perfection
If we can count music from the SvR series, I'd add Skillet's "Hero" and "Monster" and Not Forgotten's "Waiting" to the list. | MonteCarl
