Via tweets from Adrian Wojnarowski (@WojYahooNBA), Ken Berger (@KBerg_CBS) and Sam Amick (@sam_amick), it looks like we have our first leaked trade of the night:

BOBCATS GET: 7th pick + Corey Maggette
KINGS GET: 10th pick + John Salmons
BUCKS GET: 19th pick + Beno Udrih + Stephen Jackson

Kings now projected to JIMMER the 10th pick (why wouldn't they JIMMER the 7th pick?). Bobcats apparently eyeing either Bismack Biyombo or Tristan Thompson at #7, depending on who your "source" is.

Wow, if I still really really loved the Kings I would really hate this deal. I mean, I will always love Salmons, but he's so much older and expensive than Beno.

EDIT: Kings fans are speculating that this may lead to Geoff Petrie pulling another genius move out of his hat and somehow the KINGS end up with Tony Parker. I guess we shall see!

David Stern did a whole "Oh shit, they're about to riot as soon as I announce this pick" pause before announcing the Knicks' pick. That's high comedy! The crowd reacted like Isiah made that pick (although he's not a small forward, so that clearly can't be the case).

And just look at all those happy Knicks fans!

As a Georgia Tech grad, now living in Manhattan, who loved Iman Shumpert but thought he might have left too early, I am beyond thrilled.

Knicks fans are almost impossible to please on draft night, so initial reactions should be taken with a grain of salt. And when they draft a guy most people outside of the ACC haven't heard of, of course they're going to sound like they're about to riot. Shumpert not even being in the arena probably didn't help matters either. But you know what? They'll be plenty happy once they figure out who he is and watch how he can play either guard position.

As for me, I'm already sold. And a fully converted Knicks fan.*
