Cancelled Shows: THE UNIT, WITHOUT A TRACE (REALLY?), THE ELEVENTH HOUR (DAMNIT!) WORST WEEK, ELITEXC, HARPER'S ISLAND, THE EX LIST
NEW SHOWS: MEDIUM (From NBC), ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE, MIAMI TRAUMA (Mid-season), NCIS: LOS ANGELES, THE BRIDGE (Mid-season), THE GOOD WIFE, THREE RIVERS, U.S. ATTORNEY, UNDERCOVER BOSS
MID-SEASON: RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
-----The Schedule----- Monday: HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER ACCIDENTLY ON PURPOSE TWO AND A HALF MEN BIG BANG THEORY CSI: MIAMI
Tuesday: NCIS NCIS: LOS ANGELES THE GOOD WIFE
Wednesday: NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE GARY UNMARRIED CRIMINAL MINDS CSI: NY
Thursday: SURIVOR CSI THE MENTALIST
Friday: GHOST WHISPERER MEDIUM NUMB3RS
Saturday: CRIMETIME Repeats 48 HOURS MYSTERY
Sunday: 60 MINUTES AMAZING RACE THREE RIVERS COLD CASE
----------
NBC Cancels MEDIUM and CBS picks it up. This probably caused ELEVENTH HOUR not to get renewed and I hate this because it was a damn good show. WITHOUT A TRACE, I thought, was a good performer and I'm surprised it got the axe as well. THE UNIT pretty much sucked this year and I'm not surprised it got cancelled.

I caught a couple of episodes of The Mentalist on a flight last month, and the premise hooked me. I'll pick up the DVD set and start following next season. | lotjx

I was hoping to DVR Heroes then watch it at 9:00 pm then again that show needs all the ratings help even though its NBC's number 2 show. The only good news about CBS is they re-signed a two extension with the NFL, so hopefully it will make a strike next year less of a possibility. | thecubsfan

(I'd like to score that as ME 1, WILBON 0, so I just did.)
They're actually pitching that Friday night lineup as 8: ghosts 9: crime solving ghosts 10: crime solving

An NCIS spinoff? At the very least that's one more show to add to the Tommy Westphall Universe. http://home.vicnet.net.au/~kwgow/crossovers.html | Zeruel

That, and the other networks are full of reality shows Tuesdays. If you want scripted television, CBS is the only game in town. | David Adams

I think that CBS plans on using NCIS: Original to hook people on the LA show and if the ratings are good for the new one, they will move it to another night.
