His clothes got stuck on the ramp, so he had to take off his accessories and got up and said something to the effect of "That shouldn't happen to me". I thought it was absolutely hilarious and wanted to see it again but I can't find it anywhere. | JST

He would run in during heel matches and save the babyface (I specifically remember Earthquake). I've heard the gimmick refered to as the Mariner and Furface. | Mike Zeidler

As for the Shawn Michaels thing, I always wondered why they ran a mat out during his entrance during the live shows I attended. Now I know, always thought perhaps his knees were getting too tender.
The woman in charge of putting it down/picking it up is amazingly quick too*. It appears during a close-up right before he kneels and is gone by the time they get a shot from the ramp when he's going toward the ring.
*I watch for her when I'm there live, and always wanted to give her some appreciation for a job well done that seems like a nightmare.

(put down the torches)
The magic is in the commentary featuring Tony Schiavone and Bobby Heenan. A standard affair where Hacksaw makes short work of the jobber in 2-3 minutes. Tony describes some stats about Duggan, at one point noting that he was in college. Obviously amused at such a concept, this causes Brain to bust out laughing for the better part of 30 seconds non-stop. Just when you think he's calmed down, he thinks about it again... and goes off for the rest of the bout.
Easily, Hacksaw's best match ever.
Only took 9 years but...
