I just got back Monday from 10 days in SoCal, and was pretty shocked to see that prices rose ~ $0.40 during my time away. I'm pretty glad I filled up before I left. | cranlsn

That translates into 87.8 cents to a low of 80.4 cents (US) per litre.
That, in turn, translates into $3.32 to a low of $3.04 (US) per gallon. | Mr Heel II

Best stay home this weekend...
If you have a Flex-Fuel vehicle and can use E85 (85 percent Ethanol), you can apparently buy gas in some places for under $2. AND have 105 octane fuel.

The cheapest Chevron in Glendale had regular for $2.71. The expensive one, just off the freeway, had regular priced at $2.85, with premium going for $3.05. Even the "cheap" stations, like Arco, are hovering around the $2.70 mark. That was 3 days ago, though. I should go out and check again today.

Seriously, I'm thinking that my next car (in 10 years or so when I need one) will be a hybrid...or something (maybe one of those Ethanol vehicles).
Edit: Oops, it was $2.599 LAST weekend.

90.7 pence per litre (standard unleaded) round here, and my area isn't that expensive by UK standards. Which if my math is correct, works out at about $6.30 per US gallon.

$2.699 at our station. According to http://www.axxispetro.com/download/wisconsin-cta.txt , the station's cost from the terminal in Green Bay is something like $2.50 right now (1.94 + approx .54 cents / gallon state and federal taxes).
And I'd doubt they're going to fall unless crude prices do. (image removed) For reference to the chart, oil prices right now just fell below $65 / barrel.
