A couple weeks ago I searched through the match listings for the WWE Match Jukebox on WWE.com, and the list was easily impressive enough to get me to agree to a one-year, $40 subscription.

They provide new matches every month, and for the month of August they've done nothing to make me regret that decision-- far from it. I just watched one hell of a match between Ultimo Dragon and Jushin Thunder Liger for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title from the 1993 WCW/Japan Supershow. They've got Ric Flair and Sting from the final Nitro, joining the three other matches between those two that they already had.

A couple of Hell in a Cell matches will help you get your brawl fixation going: Triple H/HBK from Bad Blood '04, and Undertaker/Lesnar from No Mercy '02. Chris Benoit defends the World Title in two matches this month, against Kane at Bad Blood '04 and Randy Orton at SummerSlam (which, unfortunately, marked the end of Benoit's reign).

Razor Ramon and Diesel for the Intercontinental Championship at SummerSlam '94 will be fun for Outsiders fans. And for the ECW mark in us all, how about a four-corners match for the TV Title between Chris Jericho, Shane Douglas, 2 Cold Scorpio and Pitbull #2?

If you want a little goofy stuff, they've got a weird Sting/Vampiro First Blood match, and the debut of the world-renowned Gobbeldy Gooker.

And hell, this is just the stuff they've added this month! Yep, Vince wants my money, but with all the matches on the Jukebox I'm glad to give it to him.

They've got a lot of nerve showin' that...

Was I the only one who thought that you made $40 dollars a year with the way you worded this thread?

The June batch included "Fuji Vice" from the old TNT show. Fuji! Fucking! Vice! I swear, that's worth the subscription price right there.

EDIT: Oh, and the two Ultimo Dragon matches this month make me wonder if they might be considering bringing back another underutilized cruiserweight along with Noble and Kendrick. Almost assuredly not, but still...
