Thats a couple hundred bucks worth. When I moved to Arizona a couple months ago, I was warned that posession of any marijuana is a FELONY(which is a shock coming from Eugene OR). How could he be charged with a misdemeanor then? I mean, he obviously isn't dealing(he's just a pothead, not Leon Lett), but that's still a lot.
