Many Patriots fans crying about the refs calls. Now that’s funny.
That Eagles TD was basically the same play as the Steelers Jesse James TD …shame on the NFL for finally getting it right.
Eagles have no big superstars on their team and just won a Super Bowl with a backup QB. Watching those two teams and their coaches and staff really shows what is missing with the current Steelers.
For all the people gloating about how many Super Bowl losses that the Patriots now have….so it’s better not to make it to the Super Bowl than go there and lose?
Steelers are 8-1 odds in Vegas already for next years Super Bowl. Only the Patriots are better at 5-1. | Kevintripod

Someone online said he was crying during the National Anthem.
Must have done something that really ticked off Bill for him to keep Butler on the bench as Foles was lighting them up. | Reverend J Shaft

Wait until they fleece some sadsack team who thinks Foles is the answer to their prayers and win it again with Wentz and the returns from that trade. | lotjx

| #7 Posted on 6.2.18 0748.15 Reposted on: 6.2.25 0750.39 | I'm still in a little bit of disbelief that this happened. There's another game next week that the Eagles can lose, right?
I know that everyone is hating on Collinsworth for insisting that the Ertz TD wasn't a TD at the end, but I think that he knew it was better for the Eagles to burn clock rather than score at that point. You can't expect Brady to get strip-sacked in the next few plays. But that happened, and wow. I still remember just watching the clock burn down, and counting the number of plays that they'd need to stop. I've seen the Eagles blow too many leads and the Patriots come back from too many impossible odds that I never felt safe in that game. I fully expected overtime. And they won.
I want to say this felt like the young up and comers taking down the legend, but as pointed out, odds are more likely that the Patriots will be back in the Super Bowl next year than the Eagles will.
Its gonna be crazy to see what happens with Foles.
That was a fun game. | dwaters

This bothers me so much. It's great having Belichick as a coach, but so frustrating when he won't give an answer as to why. You're benching a healthy player with proven Super Bowl experience minutes before kickoff because....?
I almost would have rather been blown out than to see them take a fourth quarter lead and then blow it. | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
