Holy shit! This episode was pretty much perfection. I think most viewers expected that Clay was going to die sooner rather than later, but it was still a shock to finally see it play out.

I haven't really been digging this season (the school shooting left a bad taste in my mouth), but the last few episodes have really turned things around. Clay's death is pretty much a turning point for this show.

As for what happens from here on out, I'm really curious to see how things play out with Tara and Jax. I have a feeling that she isn't going to turn on him, but I would be happy to be surprised.

Two episodes left. Really hoping the writers can stick the landing.

I think this season has been pretty awesome IMO. I too was bittersweet about Clay's ending. I think my feelings were reflected to the post-scene in the van with Nero, Tara, and Gemma. Clay had to go because he was a terrible person, but we've known him for so long it's still tough to say goodbye to him.

Oh Nero, why you so cool mano? I have a bro crush on Smits as this character. If things go right in my life I'll grow up to be as cool as Eddie Nero, minus the previous years of drug addiction, gang affiliation, and violent pimping....ok the pimping can stay If I become a fun-loving WWE Godfather-esque pimp like him.

My biggest gripe with this season has been the main women in Jaxx's life thinking he is a murderer of women. Sure Jax has been a bit "hands on" with about two women in the course of the show, but that was for those immediately attacking Tara, or threatening to take his son's from him AND Tara. Jaxx hasn't once even raised a hand at Tara on the show, and he didn't abuse Wendy as far as we know. So Tara's fears of violent reprisal by trying to take his sons seems unfounded.
