Not sure how I feel about Hogan doing it. I would prefer Steamboat, but beggars can't choose. Punk would've been sublime.

For deceased wrestlers, they always have a family member give the actual speech. Hogan, assuming he's the guy, would merely induct him.
According to Lanny (and, of course, Hogan), Hogan and Savage made peace, and since Lanny believes Hogan's side of things, there's no issue with Hogan inducting Savage since he appears to have the family's blessing.
