Anyhow, the question I have is, has anybody here been there? Any pro's or Cons about living there, other than hurricanes and buying lots of sunscreen?

She interviews today at 11, and I'm so excited for her. Been googĺing every question I could think of, any where from grocery stores, cell phone providers, rent averages, private schools, what US tv networks are available, internet speeds, car prices, gas prices, US veterans living there to local pubs, etc.
But, the more info available the better I guess.

Lots of reasonably priced housing available. The best part is, every house you can rent is fully furnished. FULLY. Down to the linens. Basically just need to pack our clothes and phones/laptops.
Also, my 13 year old is really digging never being more than 7 miles from a beach.
