Still no TO?
But Kurt Warner and the other LT get their rightful selection. I'm torn on Terrell Davis. A couple of historic level years, but that's it, just a couple. I know the knees gave out but still. Promote this thread! | | Guru Zim

He was great for 4 years, then only played half a season once more out of the three seasons after his injuries got the best of him. An absolutely superior rusher. But 4 years of production?

He also had back to back 481 and 470 rush seasons, which is probably what led to his demise so early. This is including his playoff totals.
I mean - OJ had 15 playoff rushes total in his career. TD has 112 rush attempts in the post season in just 1997.

His four good years must be judged through the lens of a system that kept producing 1000 yard rushers, regardless of who was the primary back.
Leaving TO out on the other hand, simply dilutes the HoF's meaning. There is no measure that should exist where he is not a 1st ballot Hall of Famer, & keeping him out makes the honor mean less. | CEOIII
