Did anybody catch this documentary on the Raiders when they were in L.A.? Wow it was pretty powerful stuff. I mean I knew the Raiders were pretty big back then with rappers like the N.W.A, and Ice T but I did not realize how really bad it got with the gang fights that went from the stadium to the streets. Ice Cube did a good job explaining this in the documentary. Interesting stuff.
Al Davis needs to put some Pro-Active on his face.
This stupid one got its own topic but the others didn't?
I didn't like it. It felt like a rap documentary at times. I don't really care about the NWA, and I think the sports documentary would have been better if it just focused on the Raiders with a side of NWA stuff, but I guess Ice Cube had to put himself over some more.
I was hoping Ice Cube would punch Al Davis at one point though. Some of the looks he was giving Al weren't very friendly!
Al looks like one of the zombies from 28 Days Later.
As for the doc, I enjoyed it. Ice Cube did some interesting things in his direction and decisions. I think the doc needed another hour to get everything in.
