Well, I was on the fence on watching this season, after being disappointed with Season 5. But it looks like the writers are much more organized this time, so I'll give it another go.

Well this being 24, it's pretty definite, the type of threat and villains will change about half-way through or after about 6 episodes.

The terrorists in the trailer, most likely are being manipulated, orchestrated, or employed by the rich people from season 5.
