No predictions from me. Go Rangers! I hope a bomb lands on the Staples Center!
Rangers in seven because why not? Yes I was one of the many that thought the Rangers were donezo after going down 3-1 to the Pens, but before the series started I picked them in seven. Hawks in six. Too much offense for the Kings to try and stop and they are missing two Dmen.
It's an odd quirk of the new alignment/format that there can only be an Original Six matchup in the conference finals if the Rangers are part of it, and there can only be one in the Cup finals if the Blackhawks are part of it. And there's a very good chance we could get both right off the bat.

Let's Go Rangers!
Technically no, since if Boston/Montreal/Toronto/Detroit earn the 'wild card' spot, they move over to the other division's bracket. So technically, you can have a "Metro Division Champion" from the other division, for instance.
"It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone." --- Bart Giamatti, on baseball
NBC gets their dream market final of New York vs. Chicago. It would also be, if you can believe it, the first Rangers/Blackhawks final in Stanley Cup history.

Yeah yeah yeah.....whatever. We'll be able to take care of them on our own soon enough. (ie. we should be back in 1st in the Division by Friday....then we'll be going after Philly next)
