Thoughts on presentation so far:
The Nashville Power Play color is too dark to stand out on CNBC's graphics. I'm watching in HD on a 60" screen, and it just isn't cutting it. They should be using the mustard color, not the navy.
I liked how CBS kept a graphic of the other games and which network they were on in their score bug at the top of the screen during the NCAA Tourney. It made it easier to flip around during the night. I wish NBC were doing that.
As a casual fan, I'd also like the seeds on the graphic - it helps me keep up with the expectations of a series.
I'll be off at the Timberwolves game but YOU - YOU will have not one but TWO elimination Game 7s tonight!
8 OTTAWA SENATORS @ NEW YORK RANGERS 1 7PM EDT
6 NEW JERSEY DEVILS @ FLORIDA PANTHERS 3 8:30PM EDT (joined in progress on if the Senators/Rangers game ends while this one's still going)
Me, I'm hoping for lots of overtime periods so I can see the end of both games.
I promise I'll be back to having an overly graphic schedule for the next round posted some time tonight as soon as it's announced. Hell, I don't want these "NBC Sports Network" and "NHL Network" graphics going to waste!
