Updated comments for 5/11: Damn, I didn't expect the Pistons/Bulls series to be nearly this one-sided! Detroit could close out the series in Game 4! Guess I underestimated a little bit just how good the Pistons are; it makes me even happier that the Pacers missed the playoffs this year.
5/12: And daaamn, the Warriors and Jazz are scoring a lot of points.

*smiles* Thanks. Feel free to edit my post with the icons and team logos if you're so inclined (i.e. have that kinda time on your hands, hee.) I'd have done it myself but I'm far lazier than you are.

Someone at ESPN has some explaining to do. An 8 PM local start on a Thursday? That sucks; it seems like the West Coast games get stuck with those all the time, but at least it's because they've got a doubleheader going.
...I was wondering what they could possibly be running at 8PM to delay the start, and both ESPN's listing and other places I've checked have the game starting at 8. So maybe they've fixed it?

ESPNTV.com insists there's a doubleheader on Thursday. (There isn't.) So who knows.
EDIT: Further checking reveals there WAS a Spurs game scheduled for 10 May, but maybe having two CDT teams hosting in the same night was a no-go so they bumped the Suns/Spurs schedule off by two days? If that leaves just the one game, I can see how they'd want it to start at 6 PDT instead of 5.
i was talking to some friends about kobe as player/coach. the nba used to do that all the time. wouldnt that be something. anyway kobe got what he wanted, now he has to prove that he deserves it.
