Also, something that I've had for months and months and I don't know if anyone ever even noticed - if they did, they didn't mention it here - if you head over to the Calendar (The W) you can see thumbnails of that month's banners in each day's cell. You'll have to manually turn that into a hyperlink to grab the full-size version, though, because I'm too lazy to fix it now.
I kinda like this setup so we'll probably keep it for 2008. If you have suggestions or would like to make a birthday request, you know how to find me.

I think all the theme weeks were sussed out except maybe the "OJ" week.
Most of the time I was weeks ahead of myself having these things ready, but sometimes current events warranted some quick changes. I think we had the Red X at the top of the page three times due to me making spelling errors, and once because I forgot to assign a graphic to a date (and I was in New York and had no idea).
I'm sure I'm forgetting something interesting about this process but that's how I tend to operate.
