My good friend up here in Ottawa is a fan of the show, and said I should watch it. Now, because it's made by Konami (makers of the Metal Gear games, Contra, and Ninja Turtles), I decided to give it a chance (that's a very impressive track record).

To my suprise, I didn't mind the show at first. Unlike other card based games (Digimon for example), this one seems to place less emphasis on overthetop corny stuff (like Digimon) and instead focuses on the battles, character development, and some interesting plots. Plus the theme music sounded very cool. Now I find the show is starting to grow on me.

Just wondering if there's anyone else here who watches the show or if anyone plays the actual game (which I've been told is a very complicated one).

Are you watching the American version on television or the original in Japanese?

Click Here (reuters.com) NBC is pulling its "Let's Make a Deal" revival off the air after three weeks. The game show had been set to run through April 1, but the network changed its mind after Tuesday night's broadcast.
