Me personally, I'm a blackjack geek. Anything else is just too risky.

Big fan of the craps. As long as I don't lose everything in the first ten minutes, I can usually play for a few hours....then I get bored. My college roommate was all "WHAT are you TIRED of MAKING MONEY" and I was all "well, quite frankly, YES. You can only bet the YO so many times until it gets BORING"

Blackjack is THE GAME-UH.

I'm also starting to dig Spanish 21.

Big blackjack fan, but usually am only good enough to keep my head above water or lose it all really quick. Just like everybody else!!! Spanish 21 is a fun offshoot tho.

I like roulette too. Just like Wesley said, "Always bet on black" and 0,00,10,20 (love those zeroes).

Never have been able to figure out all the nuances of craps. Shhhh, don't tell anyone I work in the casino industry and don't know.

I'll be in Vega$ in a couple of weeks for training (not for craps), and will attempt to lose all my fantasy football winnings before I even have them!!!!!

I used to be all about roulette, but as of late I've gotten into Blackjack and Let It Ride Poker. Though I gotta say for a truly funky casino experience, playing $10 a card War for a few minutes is surreal. Now if only I could find a way to eliminate 15's with the dealer showing a face card....

The 15s are bad mojo, yessir. Gimme a good 12 if ya wanna screw with my head. I'll double it. Oh yeah, I'll double that. As for the roulette wheel, knowing you're going into the table with a stack of bets where you'll lose more than you win is not my idea of fun. Where's the suspension of disbelief?

I can't completely figure out craps. I know the basic rules (I think) and I know that some scenarios in craps give you the best odds of beating the house compared to all other games you find in a casino (I think) - I just can't quite piece the two together. However, if you'd care to tell us HOW you make your money, I certainly won't complain.

I'm definately a Blackjack fan. I can't play the slots - I hate paying money and not having any control at all over my fate. At least with Blackjack you have partial control - you can play hunches if you want to. Of course, you end up kicking yourself when you make the wrong decision, too.

I like roulette because it's so hunch-errific. Though I find playing say 3rd 12, 1-18, and then putting 1 on each number in the 19-24 range can make things interesting. Especially if you then throw some random bets around the board.

12 is so cruel in BJ...I'm such a wuss, I almost always stand on 12 just out of fear of busting.

Basic strategy: With a 12, hit 2, 3, 7-10, stay on 4-6.

What's this hit crap, Mike? Double the 12 on 2! It's very good to me... of course, then the face card comes up and says "HA HA, YOU SO STUPID! YOU WIN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! YOU IDIOT!" Stupid blackjack...

I'll just go with plain old poker(yeah, I know, this isn't specific enough, since there's about 80000 different varieties). With a dealer though, none of that video poker shit.

Poker's really good too, when I can afford to stake $100-$200, which isn't very often.

I HATE busting out. I can live with myself if I stand on 12 or 13, and the dealer with his face card turns over an 8, but if I have 12, pull that damn jack I always seem to get, and then watch the dealer go 10-5-9 or something like that, it just makes me pull my hair out. The truly worst doubling feeling on earth is the comedown from seeing that 11 on board, putting the chips down, and seeing a 3 come in. It's like bungee jumping with a too-long cord.

There, I feel better now.

Yeah, and sometimes you get on a really good grind and you can't stop pulling 20s and 21s out of your ass off of crappy hands. There's good and bad. Just more bad than good, otherwise casinos would be broke.

Oh God, I know that feeling all to well. Not the bungee thing, but getting A,2, or 3 after doubling down on 11. That's when you slowly get up and just go drink your free beer.

It's somehow more palatable to lose your money in Vegas when they're bringing you a steady stream of Rum and Coke. Remarkably, the level of play seems to get worse too, and the dealers feed into it then. "Why yes sir, I think doubling down with a pair of 9's is a very good idea"

I don't drink, so the whole level of play falling thing doesn't affect me. My level of play's low enough already as it is...

Well, I guess I can't call her a liar, because I haven't waited a full 109 days. Soon could have meant anything more than 85 days but less than 109. Not my definition of soon, but whatever. I still haven't heard from Kyle (Did you know he's amazing?)...
