If you were to go in costume, who/what would it be?
I'd have to decide between Dr Girlfriend & Dr Mrs The Monarch. (Where would I get thigh-high gold boots with matching opera-length gloves?)

(Sadly, there have been numerous times when I had my ass grabbed, or was inappropriately bumped into/brushed past while wearing jeans and a t-shirt at Comic Con. I don't think I'm willing to invite more "interaction" by wearing a costume)

There's a yearly anime show here in Edmonton, and I'll be attending next years show, dressed up as one, as soon as the costume I ordered comes in. I can't wait!

I've always thought about making a Hooded Cobra Commander costume, but it's been a while since I've been to a con.

Typically, aren't people elitists about that sort of thing, looking down their nose as soon as they find out (or sense that) you didn't make it yourself?
That'd totally keep me from dressing up at something like that.

Sadly they don't allow working weapons, and any metal swords must be peace knotted so they can not be drawn. Not that it matters much, it is like trying to catch the Ghostly Goose. When it happens, there are usually 8-15 people close enough to have done it. | Oliver

Thing is, I's utterly hopeless with a thread and cloth. I couldn't fix even a pair of socks to save my life.
I've seen the work of the gent I'm looking to buy from, and its good stuff...a bit expensive but otherwisde decent.
