I remember awhile back there was an article detailing the popularity of WWE programming with young adults (I specifically recall something about how - amongst kids ages 12 through 17 - Hornswoggle was their favorite RAW Superstar and Mysterio was their favorite Smackdown! superstar) ... However, now I can't seem to find the article (the closest thing I could find was this [corporate.wwe.com]).

Can anyone help me out (even a general article featuring rating numbers amongst WWE's younger demographic would prove useful) ...

Here's my take on the guys who were released (special attention to Raven at the end). JC: He was a guy who was never really over, even as the top guy in ECW. The best he could have hoped for is jobber status in the WWE, and that's exactly what he got....
