I saw a tape of No Mercy and Angle/Cena was an incredible match. Give Cena some more seasoning and it'll be even better. It was easily a Main Event WWE Championship caliber matchup.
Hopefully they don't mess with Cena's character and forget that he's popular because he's obscene and doesn't respect anyone or anything. He should never EVER come to the aid of another babyface. He's just gotta be a lone wolf. | Jericholic53

I dont know why Cena is so popular here..
Just cant understand it, i dont see too much potential in Jon Cena... i find him a regular suport character, i just cant figure how he can go to a Main Event without a HUGE storyline to support him...
Maybe im wrong but i dont see Cena in the same league of Brock, Eddie, Angle, Jericho or HHH...
Jon Cena sometimes remind me a character like XPac playing the Bad Guy character...
I preffer Eddie in a Championship feud instad of Cena..

Your're completely ignoring what makes Cena popular in the first place. Cena has a shitload of charisma, can cut a great promo, and he just oozes the superstar quality. The rapping gimmick didn't make Cena, Cena MADE the rapping gimmick.

Nonononono. I like Cena and all, but let him have a run with the US title first, okay? It's Eddie's time to jump up to the WWE Title, and Cena can take his place as the babyface in the US title hunt.

It would be perfect to have Eddy Guerrero move up and have Cena take his place as the main mid-card babyface. Have him tied up in US Title feuds for the next 12 months, and then think about sending him up to the mains for WM 21. But let's not overpush him now and exhaust every possibility early on, and then have nothing to do with him later. Brock's shown us that's not the way to go.
I'd also say that turning Kurt babyface at this point would be utterly retarded. Brock just turned a couple months ago, two big turns inside of six months smacks of desperation and leaves the fans burned out and confused as to who to cheer for. It also leaves a massive void in the face camp, with all of one established top babyface other than Kurt on SD, and that's Taker. Yes Eddy's over, but he's only been a strong face for a few months. So let's not jump the gun here. There will be a time to turn Kurt heel again, like if and when there's someone popular and over and new (i.e. not Brock or Benoit) for him to turn on. There's no need to do that now.
