The last time Shaq opened his big mouth about the "Sacramento Queens", he was made to eat his own words on Christmas Day. Will he end up doing the same after the recent taunts made at Yao ("Tell Yao Ming, 'ching-chong-yang-wah-ah-soh.'")? Trash-talking aside, this is a matchup I'm pumped to see.

| #3 Posted on 15.1.03 1257.28 | Being a rockets fan here in houston, I am so looking forward to Friday's game. As for the matchup, i expect Shaq will get the better of Yao everytime they play each other this year. But come next year, Yao will be the best player in the NBA.

Could I have predicted it much better? I think not. ;-)

Oh, yes, the game where the other Rockets had to work 22 points harder to make up for the disparity between Shaq and Yao. Nice job for the Rockets, winning DESPITE Ming. :)

Silly me. Thought the thread was titled Yao vs. Shaq. In that case...congats to Moochie Norris! You dominated Shaq! Despite only scoring two points, you were obviously the better man because your team won!
Come on folks, don't pretend Yao had a spectacular outing against Shaq when he didn't. The win came on the backs of Mobley and Francis (73 total points) who walked all over their matchups. The Lakers suck this year, mind you, but please....

it still was an impressive sight to see shaq get his first 3 shots blocked by Yao, even though shaq had the better numbers.

Yao's dunk sealed the deal during overtime. What did Shaq do in the extra five?
I have no problem giving that night to Yao.
