It's hard to imagine that my limit was only 6MB not that long ago...
Yahoo! is matching Google by offering 1 GIG (story.news.yahoo.com) for their free email accounts.

Competition is a great thing!! :-)

Funny...I'd always thought that any spam collected in ones' Yahoo email account doesn't count towards their total space use.

I'm talking about the dreck that doesn't get caught by their spam filter. I never get ANY in my Gmail main inbox.

Woohoo! I'd been patiently waiting for GMail to become available towards the general public; now I guess I don't have to worry ... So, is the size limit for email attachments going to go up, too?

Shoot, I have 50 invites for Gmail - I think everyone with gmail does. If you want one, PM me.

Willful ignorance of science is not commendable. Refusing to learn the difference between a credible source and a shill is criminally stupid.

Also, random (?) sessions at the google.com front page have included "Get Gmail" links at the bottom of the page. I've got 50 invites as well.

maybe your standards are a bit high.

FIPS, if I understand right, is an encryption standard. It'd make it harder for other people to intercept your data, but it would have no affect on their ability to log onto the network. There are simpler solutions that might work. Have you tried:
