Yeah! After LucasArts canceled Sam and Max: Freelance Police, a lot of people were pissed off, and some former Lucas Arts employees formed an entirely new studio called Telltale Games, who got the rights to make new Sam & Max games after Lucas Arts' license expired.
They're downloadable episodic games, but I think the first "season" had a retail version come out as well.

I have XIII on Xbox and I've got XIII-2 waiting for me on the PS3. To be honest, the FF I'm looking forward to is the re-release in HD of FF X in March, which my wife has preordered for my birthday.
