You know right, it's a character creator. You get to do that in the game too, so maybe it's a demo in a very small way.

Those Isis Treasures were the biggest buzzkill in video game history. Collect all 10 and get...nothing! Lufia 2 is a good game though, but Lufia 1 is far better if you can stand moving extremely slowly.
