I cannot help but think the product the WWF is putting on tv right now is mighty interesting.
Sure, the past month there has been waay too little actual wrestling, and some angles seem awkward, but other things are imo very good.
With the branching out, Triple H is the perfect champion..
He is that big powerful guy who can go either way, and by his 'I am the game-uh'attitude makes himself hated on both branches. He can easily play a tweener even and switch from face to heel depending on who he has to face.
Rather unexpected Vince got smackdown and what seems to be the more wrestling talented group.
Probably he will 'keep them down'(for the angle) for his favorites while they slowly are made ready to take over.
Flair on the other side will have trouble with all those big nasty (slow, old) heels who refuse to give up their spots until...the new talent is groomed and ready to make it big.
You can be sure that both brands will still interact, after all they have to set up their feuds for the big ones right?
And, with 'breaking' up the Dudleyz and APA you can do great angles where they try everything to get back together.
There are good chances that both products will be able to deliver good shows in a bit (you can bet the first shows will be awkward) however the only thing i worry about is the ratings?
Already some ppl have said here they cannot watch Smackdown while their favorite guys are on it..
How many casual ppl will as a result of that stop watching alltogether? It's important they make stars to care about asap..
I'm looking forward to seeing this unfold.
Then again..I cheered for Hogan's backrakes of doom at WMx8.

I thinks things are pretty exciting right now too.
Except for Hogan's backrakes that is.
I don't understand why everyone is so down on this. I think the draft could have been handled much better, but I still can't wait to see where the WWF goes from here.
The only thing that bugs me is that I wanted to see some good cruiserweight action, but I almost never get to see Smackdown! But I will most definately be watching RAW and cheering on my hero Kane!

Damn, I want Angle though. Oh well, at least we got Booker T

The only thing that's "interesting" is seeing if I'll actually snap and become a 100% bona-fide whiny whining whiner because they aren't giving me SHIT to watch, much less enjoy.
HEY GUYS HOW ABOUT SOME FUCKING WRESTLING ON MY FUCKING WRESTLING PROGRAM HUH HUH HUH?

There's this guy...his name is Vince McMahon....heard of him?

Basically the conflict there is the power of the H's junk vs. the power of Hogan's politics. According to numerous old DX promos, the Hulkster's got a battle on his hands.
And geez Sean, you forgot the inevitable return job that Taker owes Hogan and the Austin melodrama...seperate shows doesn't mean a seperate promotion, ya know.

Nod. He is the devil don't you know?
But I agree. I want more wrestling. alot more! But the storylines are going somewhere at long last. Flair-Taker was good. Fuck, Kevin Nash walking out, accusing Hogan of turning his back on the nWo and actually saying "our plan was to take em down one by one!" That was very clever imo. Wasn't this the one thing we all talked about? Why isnt the nWO attacking everyone at once? Things actually seem to be thought about and sort of make sense to me. Most of the time.. Now if they can continue this and add some nice matches to it, it could be great!

I would assume that it would be edge vs triple H. because Hardy already had what 4 tittle shots in a row? If they didn't have enough faith in him this time I can only hope he wins the rumble and faces edge at mania
