The show has already finished filming.

Dave said that someone from the show had an injury (broken ankle maybe?) and managed to hide it monday on raw.

Urgh. I've no idea why. Minimal skill, not particularly attractive and seems to have an enormous attitude / ego*.

I second the notion that I hope they concentrate on the training / skills / etc. portions of the reality formula and go minimal on the 12 bogans fightin' rootin' and drinkin' all in one house stuff.

*Normal reality TV caveats apply here. She may actually wrestle like Ricky Steamboat, look like Elle MacPherson and have Mother Teresa's attitude.

The show was great. And Austin is tremendous. He makes a solid show spectacular. DeMott and Booker are real good but I see Trish getting lost in the shuffle a bit. Not thatit matters.

I loved that the one guy lost his teeth and kept running the ropes and the cut to DeMott who is checking to make sure it was not HIS teeth on the mat!

Echoing everyone else, if they stick to training and drills, this show will be awesome. If they go more in house crap, then Austin and the trainers will have to put their working boots on to carry the rest of the show.

In for Week 2.

Life is hilariously cruel.

I'd be surprised if they didn't sign all of them. Even one hour of publicity on a WWE show is probably enough for TNA to sign somebody and immediately put them on TV.

Keeping the contestants away from the competition isn't something they had to worry about with the last Tough Enough, since it didn't start airing until after WCW died.

Just another reason Steve Austin will probably always be my favorite wrestler.

I agree with Trish about wrestlers fixing their clothes, especially when they're supposed to be selling an injury.

I liked this bunches, and I think this is as fine a crew of professionals to train as possible. I also think Miss USA will not be cut unless she cripples someone; she's got a gimmick already. A shame seeing as how little prepared she is.

I also hope this leads to another modest push for Hugh Morrus.

It's kind of forgivable when female wrestlers do it to prevent their tights falling down, but i think it's most hilarious when fat male wrestlers pull their t-shirts down to cover their bellies when they're supposed to be laying still on the mat (I'm thinking of Bubba Ray mostly here).

I finally got to see it off the DVR. I like this a lot. I actually liked Tough Enough 1, but this is way better. Austin is just perfect as the tough old veteran leader of men type. I do also hope they learned from past Tough Enough shows and keep the house stuff in the background. Great stuff all the way around.

Trish had it right, tape it down if you have to, but have it taken care of before you ever get out there.

And fat dudes should just throw a singlet on under their jeans/shirt if they're not going to get in shape.
