Just a note to all WWE fans in the UK that the special programme ''My Name is Eugene'' will air on Sky Sports 2 tonight at 10pm. This special aired in the US last month on Pay-per-view. I'm very surprised WWE and Sky decided not to advertise this programme in advance on Raw and Smackdown. It is not expected that this will be released on DVD so check it out while your still can.
You guys getting it for Free, which sounds about right on the value of it. I'm a fan of the Eugene character but REALLY a special/documentary on a character the spans a handful of months... I'm sure the quality will go up as we re-live the highlights of the divasearch.
smark/net attack wienerville advisory holds at ORANGE alert - High (JBL is STILL WWE champion and now smarks arch enemy HHH is the World Champion. Major red threat, but the undercard seems okay. The alert holds... for now)- 9/19
The sad part is that it's not even a documentary. There's no comments from wrestlers or anybody in WWE, and there's no narration. It's literally just every big moment he had on a RAW or PPV with a few matches in their entirety, shown back-to-back with no breaks. Incredibly pointless and boring.
Garza was one of my favorite WCW luchadores in '97/'98 or thereabouts; that corkscrew plancha from the top rope onto the floor (hitting several other wrestlers on the way down) was always a highlight of Nitro, in my opinion. RIP.
